Instructions

  1. Let's get cooking! Grab a large skillet and heat up some olive oil over medium heat. Once it's nice and hot, add in the turkey sausage and sprinkle in some salt and black pepper to taste. Give it a good stir every so often and cook for around 6-8 minutes, or until the turkey is browned and no longer pink. Use a spatula to break up the sausage into small chunks as it cooks.

  2. Next, add in the sweet potatoes and keep cooking for another 10-12 minutes, until they become soft and slightly crispy around the edges.

  3. Add in the broccoli! Sprinkle in a bit more salt and black pepper if you'd like, and give everything a good stir to combine. Cover the skillet and let the broccoli steam for 2-3 minutes.

  4. Once the broccoli is nice and tender, take off the lid and sprinkle some shredded Mozzarella cheese on top. Cover the skillet again for another 1-2 minutes, or until the cheese is perfectly melted.

  5. And there you have it - a delicious and nutritious meal! Take it off the heat and serve it up hot. Enjoy!
